Host your event at SNBC!

God has blessed us with a beautiful campus and our heart is that our facilities would be enjoyed by our church family and the greater community. Please submit your request to use our facilities here. All requests are subject to approval. We look forward to serving you and hope that you and your loved ones will join us not just for this event but also for worship and in service to our community..

Guidelines for use of SNBC Fellowship Hall

When you use the Fellowship Hall, you agree to the following:
1.  No secular music or dances.
2. You will supply your own plates, cups, napkins and utensils.
3. All pots & pans, serving spoons, etc. used will be washed and returned to their proper storage space.  Dishes will be put back where they were found and not left in the sink or on the counters.
4.  Tables and chairs will be set back up the way you found them.
5.   No leftover food will be left in the building. (Due to health issues, we cannot reuse leftover food.)
6.  Tables, counters and high chairs will be wiped down and clean before you leave.
7.  Floors will be vacuumed, swept, and/or mopped as needed.
8.  Trash will be taken to the dumpster behind the building.

Please check bathrooms: flush toilets and clean up any messes.

If the stove or oven is used, please make sure all ovens and burners are turned off before you exit the building.

The mops, vacuum cleaner, and brooms are located inside the storage building that is behind the fellowship hall, right as you go out of the back door.   There is a key for the storage building hanging on the inside of the pantry door.  Please return the key to the pantry when you lock the storage building back.

Please make sure the air conditioners/heaters are turned off, lights are off, and doors are locked.  Return the fellowship hall key to the drop box in the office building door.
There is no charge to use the Fellowship Hall.  However, if you'd like to leave a donation to help pay for the use of gas & electricity, you are more than welcome to do so.  Please place your donation in an envelope marked "Fellowship Hall Expense".  Checks are made payable to SNBC and can be dropped in the drop-box at the office building door.

If any damage occurs to the facility or equipment, you may be held responsible for the cost of the repair to the facility or replacement of the equipment.

Thank you for helping us keep our Fellowship Hall clean and tidy for everyone!
I agree to all cleaning and closing tasks as listed above and understand that I could be held responsible for any costs due to damage caused by my event.
